Excellent surgeons. Nurse accused me of my puppy not being properly trained on its only second visit to vets , in front of the receptionists and other dog owners. My dog is very well socialised with people and other dogs . My dog was in pain and with strangers. Never been to that vet before. So you should be used and trained to work with distressed animals rather than passing the blame . Brilliant friendly receptionists and surgeon.
In response to your email your team know exactly who.i am. Using heavy plant machines in the car while you were still open.. That is a breach of health and safety regulations. And when I went to your vets in Ecclesfield 2 days later where the nurse said my dog wasn't misbehaving or badly trained. But I literally had to ask the machine operative to raise the boom so I could enter.
You are not allowed to do this . Its against regs for very good reason.
So I would like an apology from your nurse for the way she talked to me in public.

Joined here the day before our greyhound ripped her nail off in an accident half an hour before closing on a Saturday!Realised it was a great decision to join as the whole situation was handled so well. Our greyhound was loosing a lot of blood and was shaking allover and we were a bit traumatised too but the vet and nurses showed so much compassion for us and our girl was treated so well.Thank you all!

My dog has severe anxiety when visiting the vets, but Sarah, the veterinary nurse, was absolutely fantastic during her review. She took the time to win my dog round, made her feel calm and comfortable, and we actually left with her tail wagging — which says it all.
I would definitely recommend Springfield Vets at Crystal Peaks.
